Your LAcon V membership also lets you vote for the Hugo Awards and gives you access to the Hugo Awards Voter Packet.

2

Pay the Site Selection voting fee

Site Selection voting opens in May/June 2026.

When voting opens, you will pay a $50 USD voting fee. This lets you vote for the 2028 Worldcon site.

This fee is not lost. It becomes your WSFS membership in whichever bid wins for 2028. Note that a WSFS membership is not an attending membership - it grants voting rights at the winning Worldcon, but not attendance.
